Making connection using nav

Hi

I had it several times, my nav was full on, had 12 dwellings built, which was more than other players in the game and still don't receive vp for that.... How come is that?

Looking at your recent Nomads game as an example:
Your shipping track (or nav) represents how many river spaces your buildings can be apart from each other and still considered connected for largest area. So in that game, you had a full shipping value of 3. However, your two left towns were more than 3 river spaces away from each other and your upper right town wasn't connected via the river at all.

In short, a full shipping track doesn't automatically connect everything. Does that help?
