Mighty Duel (7x7) not working for me

Mighty Duel (7x7) not working for me

I have Mighty Duel selected when I create a table, but invariably when the game starts it's only 5x5. Am I missing something?

Mighty Duel is for 2 players only. If you have 3 or 4 players, it wont do Mighty Duel, even if you selected it.
