Plenitude tokens

Hello!
I cannot find anywhere how plenitude token points are distributed between token:
There are 8 tokens giving 1 to 4 points each but
Are there 2 tokens of each value?
Or 1 x4 points, 2x3points...?
Or...?
I found nothing on the web, does someone has the actual physical game and can tell me please?
