How can I see my limit of simultaneous turn based games?

As the title says, I would like to know if there is a way to check the limit of games I can simultaneously play in the turn based mode.
For example, I just started today playing turn based games and now I'm playing 2 Caylus and 1 Quoridor. After many games I will have played (sorry for my English lol) how could I check the new limit?
