Looking for simple classic table top games

Post by Victoria_La »

Weird title?
Anyway some bga developers (including me) want to develop some games using new tool bga released called studio sandbox, which requires
a lot less programming than usual. These games have to be simple and preferably classic, which mean
public domain or similar license. I.e. checkers, battleship, hearts card game and such (but we have those I mentioned already).

So what game would you like us to implement here given criteria above? Please post reply here.

And please don't say Agricola because it not a simple and not public domain and we don't have license for this game or any of this author's games. Pretty please be constructive!

Thanks for asking! I like the idea of more classic card games and would love to see these:

+1 for suggestion Skat by ckwatt. That would be awesome! Would draw many more germans to the platform (not sure if that's a pro or con to you guys :D )

+1 on the Spades

Something like Scrabble? (I don't think that's public domain and Hasbro can be difficult.)

We play this card game all the time as a family game, but call it 'Potato Head'

There is also the poor mans version of Perudo / liar's dice, if you don't have enough dice.

I don't know if i exists in other countries than France, but "Tarot" is one of the most played card-game here :

I can be played with 3, 4 or 5 players and is quite easy to learn.
