Yatzy-penalty-Bga went down

Hi!
I was playing yatzy 6 days ago, Yatzy #41637984.
When it was my turn to roll BGA went down, and I got a time-penalty , 12 minutes red.
It said that the time-penalty I recieved should be removed.
It has still not been removed.
I even filled in a bug-report about it, but it is still there.
What to do?
