I've seen that you've mostly played Hanabi so far
Hanabi is a co-op game, so a lot of people only play with good players, because they can all read each other minds as they know the common strategies, one bad player destroys the rhythm pretty easily. There are people who are willing to teach but they are rare
It is kinda similar with Saboteur and Secret Moon (co-op games). but you'll see lots of newbies playing saboteurs so it is not as bad to find a table. And I think it is likely to find a Secret Moon tables that accepts newbies. More likely than Hanabi I think.
You'll have much better luck finding people to play with in other non co-op games. Like 6nimmt for example.
