player out of time, but not ingame, cant finish game

Player MarcoB shows on the main ongoing game listing page as out of time, when entering the game he still has 6 days left. The last move been made 7 days ago and MarcoB has last been seen 8 days ago. So he really should be out of time, but the game cannot be stopped.
