How works round robin?

Hey! I have fast Q. I need create a tournament where players play all matches in that same time. They have for end matches 15 days (7 per player) in 24h mode gaming. My question is, if i do Round robin, all matches start, when tournament start? Or when someone end one match, then join to the new? Please, help me. On BGA, i dont see answer for that.

All matches are start at the same time by default
