We're looking for a Community Manager for Board Game Arena!
The BGA community is fantastic and is involved in many domains of the service.
Your job is to care about this community of players, to respond to their questions, and to alert the BGA team when there are problems.
Your main mission will be to respond to player's requests in a timely manner on all channels: Contact form, Forums, Social medias, ...
You will also moderate Premium players and manage/animate the moderator team.

Requirements:
- You are English native speaker.
- Your location: anywhere in Europe
- You have excellent writing skills.
- You have very good diplomatic skills.
- You are comfortable to work remotely.
- ... and of course, you play on BGA and know the platform very well
- You know another language (ideally: French or German).
- You have basic skills with any graphic manipulation tool.
- You are regularly helping your parents when they are lost with the technology.
- You know a lot of board games
- Full-time & permanent position, remote work.

- Selection & interviews starting March 1st.
