2nd edition changes are on BGA now

Today I've played a game and surprisingly saw that some cards have changed.
After short search I've realised that there's 2nd edition of RftG out there printed,
and BGA just applied the changes from it, without any announcement.
I haven't seen all the new cards in play yet, but apparently these are changed:

It was announced. As to if a group post is sufficient... maybe, maybe not.
