i could not start game . why? computer is ok,network is ok, why?

They also need more information. Based on what's been provided here, there isn't much of any way someone could tell you what happened. The place where you report bugs will ask for the information they want - just make sure it's detailed enough for someone to know what is actually happening. You have to help them to help you.
