Once each player is down to one card, and there are no choices left to be made, why not have the game automatically play the last card from each player's hand, making the last trick of the hand play automatically? This is how the last card of each hand is played in BGA's implementation of 6 Nimmt and it makes things go a little more quickly. This wouldn't be a huge change but I think it would slightly improve the game.

If all points have been played you could also just stop.

It's some unnecessary clicking.

both of these are great suggestions to speeding up the game without effecting play
