Never notified about the start of a tournament

Hi guys,

I had signed up for the Tokaido 1 Championship for peace realtime tournament today, and I was home all day on here. However, I never got any notifications that the tournament was starting or that I was expected at a table - and as a result, I was forfeited from all the games and went from a 100% Karma to 73% Karma. This feels, justifiably, super unfair to me. Anyone got an idea where or who I can ask to get that ret-conned? I can't even comment about the mistake on the tournament page itself, because ahahah, I NEED A KARAM OF 80% OR MORE.

Appreciate any help. Meanwhile, I shall fume. I JUST got a paid membership, ffs.

Hi.

We are working on the email notification issue BUT you should never rely on it since this is only a reminder one hour before the tournament.

When you register to a tournament you have one-click buttons to add it to your agenda : I strongly recommend the use of these buttons.
