Tournament did not start.

Hi.

A tournament created and was due to start today failed to start for some reason. Is this a bug?
I can't get to the configuration page so have no idea if I missed something. I have created lots of similar round robin tournaments recently that all have worked apart from this one.

Also had an email about it:
