Board Game Arena

I'm running a Can't Stop tournament. One of the players contacted me to say that he won his game, but it is stuck. When I visit the game, it says that Simorgh won the game, but that the game results/statistics are being computed. On the tournament page, the game still shows as unfinished. Is there anything we can do about this? Thanks!
