Display only tournaments you are eligible to participate in

Post by Lotus Blossom »

Would be great if tournaments you are not eligible for, eg not in specified rating criteria, are not displayed in the list. Or at least show what the criteria is as this doesn't seem possible even once you click on the details. The list can be long enough as it is and it's so annoying when you read all the details then are denied participation :x

Absolutely. +1 an all that.

The tournaments page could do with a lot of improvement, in general far too many clicks to get what you want.

My major bug-bear is that if you click on a tournament it should open in a new window. After you click show more a few times and go down the list, and then find a tournament and click it (and you can't control-click it either) and then go back, you're back to the start.
And why can't the tournament format Swiss / RoundRobin be seen in the details of list of tournaments..?
This compounds the above problem.

Also if you search by name like 'Hive' then it does not search for the game Hive, but only if the tournament title included the word Hive. Which means that as an organiser you have to put 'Hive' in the (limited character title) and then when it's displayed says something like:
Hive - Hive August Championship.

And how about the page remember your last filter settings. i.e recall your last used settings when going back to the page.
