Restore ELO

Hi,
Can my ELO be restored please ?
I was playing this table: https://nl.boardgamearena.com/#!table?table=35761396
When I lost my internet VPN connection. I could not get it back online on time.
If they would have waited 2 minutes (let me go 2 minutes in red), this penalty would not have been so severe
