Allow me to move chat box, and move the position of the red alarm bar.

I love the site! Would it be possible to make the chat window moveable, as in it being its own window? Sometimes it obscures the game and I wish it could be moved to a move suitable spot based on the game I am playing. I know I can minimize it, but I would like to be able to drag it and resize it sometimes.
Many times while playing, I choose the wrong option at the top of he page and the red bar comes up telling me I chose something wrong, etc... The problem is that it obscures the choices and takes awhile to go away. Is it possible to have it moved, etc?

You can already move the chat box. There's an arrow in the upper right corner which will break it away from its location. (It will leave the minimized one behind.) It opens in a browser-looking popup, and it can be resized.

The only problem is it's very skinny, like it's trying to fit a phone portrait direction, and I always have to resize it.
