Display timezone

Display timezone perhaps as a tooltip that you have to mouse over to reduce information overload.

Why is this needed? Forum posts are in local time zone, and tournament start times are also listed in the time zone of the requesting computer.

Just for curiosity sake. In skype the other person's time zone is displayed so why not here as a tooltip if necessary?

I wonder what day people will stop believing that being in the same time zone means people automatically play at the same time. Or that being in different time zones means they don't.

Besides sometimes there are things people don't want to have automatically disclosed. Yucata has a "world" option because some people don't want to disclose their country. (An option they should have here.)
