the blind reserve card

I hope that somebody can explain this to me.

Sometimes I see people reserve the upper blind card and the they got points. How does this work?
Is it because they have the fiches for it and they are allowed to pay it right away?

I have noticed the same behaviour and would also like to know

That's definitely not a rule in the game. I wonder if it's just confusing animation; cards being played from hand for other players look like they're coming from the top reserve.

I watched your three most recent games all the way through, Mmarlou, and every point scored seemed to be legitimate. Do you (or Ricky2) have an example game we can look at and see what's going on?
