What are each dice possible face value ?

Hey,

Just discovered that great game and played for the first time. I'm just trying to figure out now what are the possible dice combinations.

The 4 dices with a value on it can have values:
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,*

I'm not sure if only one of those dices have a star. 7 and * seem rarer, are they on the same dice, and if so in place of which values ?

If anyone has the physical game I'd be happy to know.

Not sure if it works on mobile, but you can hover your mouse over it to see the possibilities:

1, *, 3, 4, 5, 7
1, 2, *, 4, 5, 6
2, 3, 4, *, 6, 7
1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7

So each face appears 3 times. Interestingly, 4's are marginally less likely to form groups than the other numbers. You can roll 5, 5, 5, * or 6, 6, 6, * but never 4, 4, 4, *.

* can be any number between 0-9 btw.

Actually, I was wrong about this. You'll roll exactly the same average number of [4 or *]s as you will the other numbers, though the distribution is a bit different. You're marginally more likely to roll 1 or 2 4's than, say, 1's, but you're marginally less likely to roll 3 and (of course) 4. They balance out.

But it's not very relevant - the numbers are so close that you would be unlikely to ever play differently.

Oh, and if you're wondering, there's a 51.8% chance of rolling any asterisk, so you now know just how unlucky you are when your opponent dodges those nasty drops several times in a row!

Let's list all duos with * and (3or4):
3* 3* *3 *3 *3 *3 *3 4* 4* *4 4* *4 *4.
We got seven 3 and six 4, so yeah 4 are slightly less likely to be group with an *.
