fix please, start&cancel button

HI

when people are accepting a game the person might do a double click or a second click thinking that the first didn't take.
if that happens - and because your cancel game button immediately ( !!! ) materialises in the exact same spot as the accept button - the person will then cancel the game
there are a tremendous amount of false starts or cancelled games in this board game.


please move the cancel button to another location rather than right behind the start game button.
