Is there anyway to place goods onto the player boards or food onto the feast board using iPhone or iPad?

Yes. If you click on the black and white icon in the top left of the board (arrows pointing up down left right) then it will bring up the board and the possible pieces to place. When you select the piece you wish to place it will have a white cross hairs on it, click where you want that cross hairs to go on the board.
