Game Progression Calculation

The current calculation appears to simply take the number of completed rounds. I would like to see the phase incorporated, as if you're on the income / feast / bonus placement phase you are significantly further than the start of the round. This has an impact on ELO for abandoning a game. I have partaken in multiple games where the player stops playing on the very last placement of the game, at which point the game progression still indicates 85%, when reality is it should be more like 99%.
