Add the conversions to the side of the player boards

It would be great to be able to see all the possible conversions on the sides of the player boards, so I could plan my actions when not my turn, especially helpful in turn based games.

Discard pII to get a pIII move
4 pwr to 1 QIC
3 pwr to 1 ore
1 QIC to 1 ore
4 pwr to 1 knowledge
1 pwer to 1 credit
1 knowledge to 1 credit
1 ore to one credit
1 ore to 1 pwr
