Would it be possible to include popup notes on all the powers/upgrades/actions when hovering over various elements?

Me being a beginner in Gaia Project I often have to look for what the individual tiles/powers/actions/etc. do, before I select a choice. Would it be possible to add an overlay with the required information when hovering with the mouse over a tile/token/power/bonus?

They should already have tooltips. What elements are you seeing that don't?
