I tried it and it copied Special Menu (select 4 cards from unused deck of cards) but discarded it so you couldn't choose from among 4 cards again.
Do you think one should be prevented from selecting Special Order (copy card ability) when using Special Menu to avoid this situation or at least warned about it? It sounds weird but say you don't like any of the 4 cards so you choose Copy thinking it'll let you do Special Menu again.
