Reporting bad behaviors

I have been insulted in a game by a player,I tried to report him/her without success.Why is that so when I do something wrong(or not) I get a penalty and I cant even report those who insult me? I wondered if I could go premium but that detered me from doing so.

Sorry to hear that you had a bad time, and that you had trouble reporting it.

I don't expect that anyone from BGA is officially monitoring this topic for that kind of feedback, so if you want some action taken, probably best to start at https://boardgamearena.com/support , and if you don't get the response you want, perhaps go to the general "Discussions" topic at https://boardgamearena.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=3 ?
