Tichu bug- Straight wish with phoenix not enforced

I am not quite sure how to report this bug problem.
Tichu Table #276730233 at step 416, Straight wish with phoenix not enforced.

Played 1234567, wish for 9, tugeniub ought to play out 34567Ph9 but this is not enforced.

It‘s actually turn 414 already, but yes, that seems bugged indeed. You should report it in the bugs section for Tichu, link is just in the header above this thread.

Looks like a dev just is working on fixing bugs, so might have broken this in the same go
