Images/text of cards outside of the game?

Is there any place outside of an active table where I can go see the various cards and their effects? I want to familiarize myself with what each Heroic Feat does without taking up precious minutes during the game to try and read through all of the cards and figure out what they do - no one likes to wait for a slow reader, and clock timers are unrelenting. The cards aren't all listed out in the rules that I've seen, and I didn't find anything under resources on the publisher's website.

Any help for those of us who don't know all the cards by heart already, especially if we are looking to play beyond the "beginner cards"?

The Hero Aid is exactly what I was looking for - the game page is missing an English translation of the the Hero Aid. I did find the English version of the Hero Aid on the Libellud site, however, so thank you for that link and pointing me toward it.
