What is "VP -Plain" in final statistics

I know "VP - ***" is categorized by source.
But I don't get what "Plain" means.

I think those are simply (or dare I say "plainly") the direct points where you get a fixed number. During income turns this includes the 4 points for Breeding, the 7 points for Fertilization, and the 10 points for any unlocked 5th income building. In addition you can also get plain victory points from upgrading Tech Cards (e.g. the 3 point circle benefit for library) and for the bonuses on some track fields (E8, E10, S5, M11, T11).

Extra note: Thinking about it, I actually really love how the stats are broken down - it's just that the phrasing could be better. Your points are broken down in two different way: First by their trigger (phrased "Points from..."), and then by their source (phrased "VP - " - I'd suggest to rephrase this to "Points for...")
