Power Grid will never be coming to BGA. It's already available to play somewhere else, and unfortunately very few people play it there.

It is available somewhere else, but that site is very clunky and the game doesn’t work very well on it. It would be a lot more popular on here

There are many games that's been implemented in multiple platform - having it implemented somewhere else it doesn't mean it can't be implemented here.
The Power Grid implementation (when I tried a couple years ago) is horrible, I'm not surprised not a lot of people play it there.
The Concordia implementation is not bad, but BGA would be better, of course.
