"Random Faction" always has Blue faction in 4 player. Not fun.

I think you've just had very bad luck:
I just started 10 games in BGA Studio:
I'd say the only thing that stands out is Yellow is a bit low.

Blue / Brown / Red / Grey.
Brown / Red / Black / Grey.
Red / Brown / Grey / Blue
Brown / Green / Blue / Red
Green / Red / Brown / Blue
Black / Green / Brown / Grey
Black / Grey / Red / Blue
Yellow / Green / Brown / Blue
Black / Brown / Red / Green
Red / Black / Green / Yellow

Brown: 8
Red: 8
Blue: 6
Green: 6
Grey: 5
Black: 5
Yellow: 2

This happens all the time in various game forums, but on a site with literal millions of users and games being played, unlikely things are going to occur.

You're not even close to a point where I'd be particularly alarmed.

Why don't you just create (or join a game) with the 'Faction selected at start' option?
