Meaning of Game-End Report

In the end-of-gamereport I see some values that I do not understand. What is the meaning of "Point value of connected hills/forrests/..."? (German: Punktwert der verbundenen ... Felder)

Each hex tiles is associated to a figure from 2 to 12 with dots showing their probability from dice roll

These statistics gives your total of dot connected to your city or settlement for each terrain type
