I am the creator of the game and willing to work with a developer if they are interested. Given that it uses most common trick-taking mechanics, it might streamline the development if the developer has access to codes for another trick-taking game, hopefully at least.
The mechanics involve, no trump suit, follow any mechanic, and without the expansion there is only one type of power card, so hopefully it would be pretty simple.
