Creating game puzzles using tutorial features?

I'd like to add some interactive Pente puzzles to the site (but other game players could add puzzles for different games too) and the tutorial creation feature might be one way to do that. However, Pente already has an official tutorial and tutorials for two player games need two players to create, so using the game tutorial feature I would need to get a friend to play through a game puzzle with me. Then, I suppose as an unofficial tutorial I could link to it from a puzzle list page. It seems like a slight modification of the tutorial creation feature would allow a single player to set up a puzzle and label it accordingly.
