Why is Yahtzee not classified as a roll & write?

Why is Yahtzee not classified as a roll & write?

I feel like it's pretty obvious that Yahtzee has the Roll & Write mechanic. Why isn't it tagged as such?

As a perfect example of a VERY similar game, which IS tagged as Roll & Write, just look at Can't Stop Express.

Is there something specific about the Roll & Write "genre" that Can't Stop Express has which Yahtzee doesn't?
