Hey, I won my last Wingspan game, but instead of adding 11 points, the system substracted 11 points - who do I talk to for this ?

To me it shows as +11, not -11, on both of your last games. So maybe it was a display issue?

I think maybe it's a lost-elo-during-server-crash issue on a game before that.
