I have a suggestion to move the location of notes since both the notes windows and the tooltip reminding about it obscures the top "Player board".
I would suggest a notes section similar to the chat functionality. If it'll be confusing to have it next to chats then maybe on the left side of the window.
An additional/alternate suggestion would be to make it floating so you can choose yourself where to put it
