New art for Tichu

Dear Tichu players,

Thanks to Tiki Editions, you can now play with an alternative art for Tichu cards!

To enabled it, during a Tichu games, go on top right menu, Preferences section, and enable "Tiki Editions Art".

the wish bug still remains though so unusable for now though.
Basically it'll show you the wish and won't go away. Default theme for now.

Wishing bug still remains...that 2 never goes away

Now when second wish is made the following round for a 3 that gets added and never goes away too.
