I enable by default new expansions for one or 2 weeks, so players that don't know how to use automatic table settings can try the new expansion. As this one is a big one, I let it by default 1 month instead. But I don't want expansion to be activated by default forever, because newcomers should discover the game without expansion (and newcomers often don't know how to set automatic table settings). The publisher agrees with my point of view on this. That's the reason it is now disabled, nothing to do with premium.
