Is this a bug?

In my first game of a tournament I came joint 4th and was awarded 1 tournament point, but the standings have me on zero tournament points. Anyone got an explanation, or should I raise this as a bug? https://boardgamearena.com/tournament?id=167894

It looks like a bug. Here's a different Swiss tournament that seems to be giving out half points for ties: https://boardgamearena.com/tournament?id=159903. Was actually surprised to see fractions instead of decimals...

Thanks. I wonder if that is specific to two player tournaments. I will have to look through some more tournaments to find out.
