In tournament opening settings you can not start your first placement with the queen.

The first player that places the Queen has an advantage because that player can move pieces earlier than the opponent.
Once both players understand this, then both players will play the Queen first.
With the two Queens adjacent, a draw is much more likely.

The result in the 2008 Online World Championship finals (before the Tournament Opening Rule was put into affect) was 3-1 with 27 draws.
