I'm curious why the BGA implementation forces you to take the Tree Guard action first, and then the Forestry Studies action. The cards trigger text is almost identical:
Tree Guard: Each time after you use a wood accumulation space, you can place 4 wood ...
Forestry Studies: Each time after you use the Forest accumulation space, you can return 2 wood ...
If I take Forest with both cards in play, I would expect to be given an option about which to use first.
Follow-up question: if we were allowed to choose which to proc first, and we used Forestry Studies to put Tree Guard into play, would Tree Guard then proc as well? Or would it have missed it's timing window?
