No confirm/notification arena game is starting

Arena mode games need a confirm start option or they shouldn't allow kicking of a player before that player has taken their first move. If they do allow kicking it should not deduct ELO/karma in this instance. There is no warning your game has started. I was waiting for it to find me an opponent, reading news site while it did so. I check BGA and I've been kicked after -34 seconds. No knocking sound, no warning I was now in a game. I've just had 25 karma deduction for what? Not knowing a game has started? it's a joke. I've only just started trying Arena. I shan't be bothering anymore if this is how it functions (or doesn't).

BGA shoulld include browser notifications, when your game begins. It is annoying when you are waiting for arena game more than 5 minutes and then you got kicked because you got tired of waiting and browsing other sites in the mean time....
