Needs new tutorial badly

Have never played Pandemic before and the BGA tutorial was horrible. A lot of broken English and does not actually explain some of the rules. For example, why does "dropping a card" allow someone to move somewhere specific? I know I can just go watch a youtube tutorial (and now I will), but sometimes the fanmade BGA tutorials are really useful.
