Silver placement

Silver placement

I cannot place my silver horseshoe tile on either of my boards. Neither my main board nor extra island. I’m using an iPad. Is this a bug or am I misunderstanding something?

If you're covering an income square (icon with a number and silver and hand), then you need to fill all the spaces to the left and under it.
