premium optiums

Hi,
I don't have premium yet. Trying to start a "The Crew" I get the hint that I have picked some premium options. Where do I find the information which options to pick in order to avoid this message?

OK. But, If I create a table premium of The crew ... it's because I'm premium, no ? ... If I loose my premium account, I loose my table too ? ... It's bad, no ?
If I can't create a new table because I''ve not premium account, it's OK, but loosing my table ... no !
