Unable to reply to email regarding beta request.

Hi! everyone

I have a bit of a problem.
I wasn't sure if this was the right place to ask, but I didn't know where to contact or check, and I'm glad to find the answer here.

The other day, I sent a request to BGAstudio to make my own board game, which I developed myself and is currently in alpha, into a beta version.
I received an email reply from the management, which stated that if the publisher approved the transition to beta, I should reply to them.
However, the email address was "Jurica <=?utf-8?Q?Jurica=20@>" and I was unable to reply as such.
Does anyone know how to reply?

Resolved!
I was using Yahoo mail service, and I was able to verify the correct return email address by opening the "Show Advanced Header" from the "Other" tag in the inbox.
